SmenDataBox 2.0

The SmenDataBox has finally got a decent successor. The core is redesigned in in large parts rewritten.
Besides known features it is now supporting KKT billing (3rd tariff for households), better diagnostics and more flexible settings.
The most important feature is a new GUI, which is designed as a pure HTML5 web client with no dependencies whatsoever. It is beautiful, fast and efficient making users more productive.
