Nuntius and Accipio 0.9.2 released

New Nuntius has gained an updated user interface, converter block (e.g. multiplication by constant), UDP support (parsing and forwarding), voltage and current constants settings, etc.

New Accipio can now show the reception statistics by channel type (OBIS codes).
